A brutal police killing
Police killed 15 years old Mario Madrigal in Mesa, Arizona
On August 25 the parents of Mario Madrigal called police because their son took a knife and was threatening suicide. Mario was a Latino teenager, a junior at Westwood High School in Mesa.
When the police arrived they shoot him two times with a taser gun. He felt to the ground. The police then opened fire on him, at least 8 times, and killed him. ?He was already on the floor, (when an officer) emptied his gun,? said Martha Madrigal, his mother. ?We called the police for help, and they shot him,? she said.
