Jack Foote is a hero. One man dedicated to standing up against criminal behavior. You call him a vigilante because he does what is right by the standards of millions of Americans. Some thought our founding fathers were "vigilantes" too. But that didn't stop them from creaing the nation that you are bleeding today. I have the finances to raise Ranch Rescue again. And I will. Illegal immigration and those who support the criminal practice will be stopped.

Jack Foote committed criminal behavior according to Arizona law. Therefore, by your logic, the people who are trying to stop him are heros.

Actually, Jack Foote is not being charged under Arizona law, but under Federal law.

Despite what he was charged under, he violated Arizona law. And the logic still stands. His opponents are heroes for fighting against a law-breaker.

What Arizona law did Jack Foote break? The answer is none!

Broke US law. He was arrested by the FBI on illegal weapons charges. Specifically, Foote could not legally posess firearms in this country because of his previous conviction for domestic abuse.

Yeah, Foote is a real piece of work. Now that he doesn't have a wife to beat, he has gone after illegal immigrants, a group who is even less likely than his unfortunate former spouse to tell authorities about mistreatment at his hands. Foote is a genuine, card carrying coward, a swaggering blowhard who preys on the defenseless.

Casey Nethercott, another Ranch Rescue bully and coward, was arrested in Arizona for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Nethercott was on parole for assault with a deadly weapon in California when he joined Ranch Rescue. In June, he was found guilty in Texas of felony firearms posession.

The charges against Nethercott for unlawful flight were dropped due to being unfounded. Foote is not charged or involved in Nethercott's alleged "beating". And an illegal alien is not an immigrant but an uninvited criminal, I don't care what you think.

A case filed by the Texas Attorney General's Office on behalf of the
state of Idaho in 2001 says Foote has failed to pay support for a
daughter, Rachael, also 14, who lives with her mother, Sandra K.
Corrigan, in Casper, Wyo. In an accounting filed with the support case
in Dallas County, Corrigan listed a 16-year-old car and food stamps
among her assets. The attorney general closed the case because the
office could not find Foote. The case remains open in Idaho, although
the family has moved, Corrigan says.

For a few months in 1989, Corrigan and Sealy were pregnant at the same
time with children fathered out of wedlock by Foote, according to birth
and court records.

As I read the comments about Ranch Rescue, and Mr. Foote, it struck me that the opponents of Mr. Foote sound like your typical bleeding heart liberals. But just for kicks, lets say that Foote is guilty of domestic violence, etc.. In the context of guarding our borders, I am on his side. I also told him that the folks at the .mil he was contracted to would like to see him stop with the firearm business. I also told him that the Mexican Embassy was notified of his Lautenberg status. And that they would pressure our .gov .

This was before Devers even knew of J.T Footes Lautenberg status.

I roomed with John Torre Foote (apparently aka/ Jack Foote) for 2 years. Like his family I have not heard from him in over 20 years even though I have attempted to contact him. I can only say that the person I knew in college did have extreme views that bordered on racism, but I would also say that he had a good heart and was a good friend. I consider myself a bleeding heart on most issues, but I think that what this group he was involved in brought attention to an important problem that needs to be addressed. Torre's star has certainly fallen and I won't defend him because he obviously has hurt many people in his life. I just feel like I'm reading about a different person than the one I knew and can't belive he is as bad as some of you have stated.
