the arizona libertarian party will have a court hearing on tuesday at 9am to try to shut down the wed presidential debates in tempe.

The Arizona Libertarian Party has succeeded in obtaining an
Order to Show Cause, where the defendants (ASU and CPD) have
to show why a restraining order against the debate should
not issue.

according to warren on the listserver ASU has been served
with the papers and will have to attend the hearing (or
risk losing) and the CPD in washington DC received to take
the papers when they were served.
