Marriott University Park, 880 E. Second St.

Meetings will take place at the Tucson Convention Center and neighboring Radisson City Center, and delegates will be scattered about greater downtown to sleep at the Radisson, the Clarion Santa Rita Hotel & Suites, the Riverpark Inn (formerly Pueblo Inn), the InnSuites Hotel & Suites, Marriott University Park Hotel and the Doubletree Hotel at Reid Park.
The Clarion will house mainly Peruvians, who have booked 120 rooms for five or six days.
The Riverpark (the former Pueblo Inn renamed this month) will house the U.S. delegation, roughly 80 to 100 people.
Negotiations will fill 17 of the 20 meeting and exhibition rooms at TCC.
Bert and Okoye had to organize the conference without using public funds. Bert secured much of the equipment that will be used from IBM at no cost, and Verizon and Qwest supplied telecommunications equipment at no cost.
Tucson Convention Center, 260 S. Church Ave., and the Radisson City Center will host meetings.
