The city councils of Prescott and Prescott Valley are paving the way for a MEGA-development.

This is a map of Prescott. The area outlined in red is ONLY HALF of the proposed development, the other half is on the Prescott Valley map. Between the two maps the developer plans to build 20,000 homes. What they are really planning is a whole new city- nearly the size of Prescott!!!

There is a discussion and strategy planning meeting (this Sun. Dec. 5 at 10am at The Mad Linguist) on how we will address the city council at the final upcoming public comment session. Please come voice your concerns at the public comment session at 3pm on Tue. Dec.7 at the old Armory (Gurley St. next to Ken Lindley field).
