The majority of minuteman are not armed and their goal is not to harass anyone. Their goal is to be a passive detterent to illegal immigrants. Very few of them are against legal immigration, as I am not. But I do not agree with illegal immigration, as it is illegal. I am not a racist, my wife is Mexican and I love her Mexican family. They are 2nd generation Americans, from a family who LEGALLY immigrated into the US. I have no beef with people who want to come to the US for a better life, but they should achieve the American dream with dignity and unreliance of our welfare system. Some illegal immigrants do not respect the US lifestyle, and become a burden to society, a burden that I nor you should not have to pay for. US teachers should not be forced to learn another language because people enter the US illegally. The minuteman are more so trying to be heard, than anything. The US needs to do something about the millions entering the US illegally. Terrorrists could be coming in through Mexico, and no one is there to stop them. The Mexican government, corrupt as it is, encourages this, it needs to stop.

But I would like you to continue to spread misinformation about the minuteman, so far it has had the most significant impact on deterring illegal immigration. The would be immigrants who would take the route being observed and not coming because they believe what you are saying, the Mexican army is even turning them back! I thank you.

I read an article that stated the minuteman had more firepower than the US military. You have got to be kidding me. How many civilians do you know that have machineguns, tanks, jets, bomber, nukes, helicopters, grenades, etc. An infantry squad could probably wipe them out with little trouble, whoever said that, think about what you write and what you hear. Writing that down and believing it, makes you no more than an idiot. I can tell you're young and nieve from that comment alone.

Mexican's, no offense to you, it's great that you are coming here, but please do so legally. I have been to Mexico and seen the mess that the majority of it is, have you thought about trying to change your government? It appears to me money making is from tourism, loved Cabo, and the cartels. You should also refuse to work for what US companies that move to Mexico want to pay you, though I don't believe the US needs unions, it appears Mexico does, they are a tool and can be beneficial, so long they are used to achieve specific goals and then removed. Raise the pay in Mexico!

This posting is so full of crap. This is full of bold faced lies. The authoor needs to seriously consider getting a real life and stop supporting the rape of the United States economy just because Mexicans can't stand up for themselves in their own country against lousy administrations and oppressions. It is not the job of the citizens of the US to take in everyone running from the economic meltdown in Mexico. Mexicans should stand up and let their voices be heard rather than running like cowards to the US. And all that crap about the minute men harrassing and being armed.....what a bunch of propaganda....

The imigration issue is simple. Just because a law isn't enforced doesn't make it any less of a law. American citizens have rights in the United States of America. Mexican citizens don't. They say there is not clear path toward imigration. There is one. They usually don't qualify or are required to go on a waiting list. Alot of people want to imigrate. Mexicans do not deserve preferential treatment. They say that they want to better themselves. Then explain why they are still pissing on walls. Explain their sense of situation ethics. They do not want to imigrate and become Americans. They want to be Mexicans making American money. Everywhere they move to becomes trashed. If they hate Mexico so much, then why do they turn their neighborhoods into Mexico. All they want is American money, plain and simple. I say they need to earn it. First, go through the proper imigration process. Second, bring a marketable skill to the table; something other than picking fruit and flipping burgers. There are still plenty of underskilled white and black folks for that. Then maybe I'll get my burger order right. Deportelos todo! This isn’t occupied Aztlan. This is America!
