Follow the Money Trail
by LifeLibertyHappiness Wednesday, Jun. 06, 2007 at 10:23 AM

I've been following the gang stalking phenomena with great interest. I see a lot of misery, and I commiserate with that. But, real action will be required to change anything. The focus needs to be not on what the stalkers know they can probably get away with, but on the money-changing up the ladder that precipitates it all …

I believe in the old adage, "Follow the Money". It usually solves the crime. In fact, the only way any of the perpetrators of this folly will ever be prosecuted is via the money trail.

In other words, while it is not likely that any one person would be held accountable for serious charges because they sliced your automobile tires, especially if such person had no previous criminal record, another person who effectively "hired" a hundred people to slice your tires, and to perform other similar acts, could be held up to very serious charges.

The Stalking Organization depends upon the perceived low criminal value associated with each cumulative act, while the total accumulation annihilates the target. This is a little akin to a hundred people walking by your table, each of them depositing a non lethal dose of arsenic into your drink. After you die, each of them will disclaim any responsibility for your murder.

However; the person who hired them could easily be prosecuted, with the substantive proof of the monetary transaction.

Back to the Money Trail

My experiences tell me that the Stalking Organization (hereafter known as the S.O.) is an effective tool for the rich and elite to destroy those whom they deem "problematic". The S.O. was created wholly to service wealthy and government clients, and to do it for profit. The S.O. was created by criminals for the facilitation of plunder, but there exists a government connection. The government connection is due primarily to common interest and to convenience.

Let me explain ...

In order to facilitate the active participation of many citizens, which is absolutely a prerequisite for the observed style of gang stalking, each potential citizen enlistee must be seduced with something that they believe is not connected with participation in major crime. An unfortunate possibility is that the seduction comes in the form of Community Watch, Citizens Corp, and others. The S.O. likely does not own all of the activities of government sponsored community groups (Only the ones who are stalking you).

I believe that the S.O. may have utilized citizen groups to garner the brute force of a large personnel base and it's attendant organizational structure. The structure is the most important part of the plan, and the unholy warlords of psycho-crime could not operate without it. The money that they would extract from the government would help to pay foot soldier salaries and would be a bonus. The real money, however; comes from the clients.

COPS and Weed/Seed - Community Oriented Policing Services

When I began looking into the COPS program, I was amazed at how obviously susceptible to graft and corruption it is. In the nutshell, any company or organization, "for profit" or "not for profit", can apply for a grant (or multiple grants) to "Combat Crime in our Neighborhoods". A simple form, downloadable from the DOJ, provides a means by which any such organization may submit a "proposal", including a trivial amount of detail, for "Combating Crime" in our neighborhoods.

The COPS guidelines are simple.

1 - Each grant request must be limited to $500,000, but multiple grants are possible.

2 - The funds may be used for salaries, office materials, and technological "tools" (Technology requests require a separate form)

The Weed/Seed guidelines are equally simple:

1 - Organization must put up 25% of the total grant requested, and can request up to $1,000,000 annually.

2 - Grant disbursements must be based upon the direction of a "steering committee", which must include at least one member of law enforcement.

The steering committees are generally populated by citizens who are also members of the Neighborhood Association(s) or Area(s) for which the grant(s) are being requested. These people may spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on "Crime" projects, and (at their discretion) use it to pay foot soldiers (Foot patrol personnel, etc).

Example:

A Hawaiian newspaper published a story about a town that utilized the Weed/Seed monies to set up a one man monitoring station, receiving $70,000 for the purchase of 7 cameras, the man's salary, and related equipment to monitor a street. His usage was probably legit, as (apparently) the street was rife with drug crime, and (purportedly) the purpose of the Weed/Seed money is to fight real crime. However; it is easy to see how the monies that are doled out may be used for less noble purposes. The same article describes a "one man" Weed/Seed organization.
