Rod Coronado Freed On Bail; Reports to San Diego Court on Monday : AZ IMC

It was a happy day for environmental activist Coronado, who was released this afternoon after spending the last 9 days in jail. He was arrested by FBI and ATF agents on Wednesday, February 22 for allegedly teaching, demonstrating or distributing information regarding destructive devices. Judge Pyle set only a $2000 bail bond, which was paid by a friend of Coronado's family.

Coronado was joined in court today by about 15 supporters from the community. He immediately left the courthouse on his way to see his son and was not available for comment. He is required to report to the courtroom of Federal Judge Jeffrey Miller in San Diego on Monday, March 6. This appearance will be for a hearing regarding a motion entered earlier this week by prosecutors for a stay of his release. Depending on Judge Miller's decision, Coronado may be taken back into custody in San Diego.

I want you to hear my related horrible events that have been "forced" on me by the Bush Administration. You friend and supporter in Chandler, Arizona! I am hearing and reading about all your great movements in Arizona! I want to support you guys and I hope you can support me...we are on the same page......PS. Pray for me and hold a Vigil if you can....I am fearing for my life..some unidentified Federal and Military agents (this is the home of Luke Air Force Base and Williams exerimental and Military research center) so I'm told.

I am being harasses severely by either or both local and Federal Military war-fair. Even tonight, when I stepped out my front door.......a military helicopter came from behind my house and circled around me several times before finally leaving.........They act like they are gong to shoot me..or have me mixed up with someone..they refuse to tell me why.they are misusing the "lone wolf" clause of the Patriot Act to harass (they continually try to frighten me to death--this has been going on for almost 3 years) many innocent people are getting "scared and harrassed and chemical war-fair is being used on non-war USA citizens.
I heard and researched there is Military research and testing sites here in Chandler, Arizona. Maybe, because I live along and I am an Animal Rights person (I use to be a PETA member) People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (I researched on the Internet the Government considers P ETA a domestic terrorist group----but in reality--they have never taken a animal or human life--they are pro-life.....(I never knew any of this horrible info. before or while I was a member)...also I am just an innocent small-time single lady who lives alone and feeds homeless animals on the week end cause I have choose to stay out of the bar scene......I only go to coffee houses the few days I have off work.......(usually)...
When I complaint to the local Chandler and Mesa Police....and detectives, they not only did "NOTHING" they never even contacted my witnesses or did any investigation.........they obviously are "in on it" ........now they went and filed "mental health" charges against my Arizona State Board of Nursing License.......I filed an Injunction Against Harassment in Superior Court a year ago (I've been harasses now for 3 years) against the Mesa and Chandler or Federal Government (who ever is harassing me) I think they are ALL in on it. the Injunction was denied...the judge said he needed more evidence and witnesses...I only had three witnesses and one left town with no forwarding phone number.
I also have a Federal Civil Lawsuit filed.....but I need help and the one lawyer I hired; took my life-long saving of $4000 and already stopped representing me unless I give him more money which I don't have.........I'm in dept now......"he basically took my money and ran before the trial began."

I can be called at 480-786-8883.............I am a 48 year old white single female who is a Christian and I don't deserve this teatment........I am fearing for my life......they are getting very harassing.........because I am a "whistle blower." (I have chosen to never own a weapon and I am non-violent)--yet they are trying to harass and kill me-I hear they "shoot radiation down on you and your house to see what you have and what you are doing --but it kills you with the "latent" effect (you develope cancer several years down the road) We need legislation to stop this.
They may hate me also because I tried to take pictures of a false-arrest on me in Mesa and I took pictures of dead animals at the Maricopa Animal Pound--in Mesa........I also complained to the Mayor's office about the Chandler Police not handling my neighbors spot lights and barking dogs.........these are the only reasons I know why they hate me.......they refuse to respond...but I am now trying to file supeanas on them..............It is impossible to fight them on my own and I am afaid they are trying to shut me up PERMANENTLY!!!! I have been through most of what you are going through with government surveillance, and the rest, as they say, is history. I don't see what a security guard could possibly do for you against the might of the police and armed forces.

If aircraft are giving you trouble, probably your neighbours don't particularly care for this "buzzing" either. Document incidents of this and consult with your neighbours about it. Probably some FAA regulation is being violated. They'll probably dismiss one person complaining as a "kook," but if lots of people complain, the FAA may feel inclined to tell Homeland Security to back off on the low-level flights.

Be scrupulous in obeying the law. The government will charge you with any crimes they think they can prove and probably some they can't. In my own case, the Secret Service said they would prosecute me for threatening President Bush, but they had no real evidence that I had done this, so they tried to have me declared insane instead. My criminal charges were solely the result of my resisting arrest, not due to anything I had done prior to that arrest.

Document any contact with law enforcement officers or government agencies, including by whom you were contacted, from what agency, where it happened, when it happened, what was said, and the alleged reasons for it. If there were witneses, get information from them.

Above all, do not consent to speak with government agents. Assert your fifth amendment rights. No one has the right to compel you to testify against yourself, and only a grand jury has the right to compel you to testify against other people. Remember, silence can't be misquoted.

On an unrelated matter, don't feed homeless animals. That only results in more homeless animals. There's no real compassion in that.
