Pima County says f*ck the law! We are going to spend the money on buses!

Pima County rulers say f*ck state laws which require them to spend money on roads. They are going to spend the money on buses.

Pima County misspent more than $5 million that should have gone to road improvements in the last fiscal year, according to a report from the state auditor general.
The bulk of the money - $4 million - went for bus service in the county. State law does not allow gas-tax money to be used on transit.
