You see I discovered that Doctor Blass and the professors were covering up brainwashing and abuse of students. Abuse so severe that, it was harming children and Mark Foley was covering it up. Abuse that was conditioned on poor and african american students in order to subvert elections. I stumbled onto the fact that Mel Sembler and Piotr Blass have never been entirely honest with me.

It was horrifying to realize that these men were hard line Zionists, and that Piotr Blass was covering up the brainwashing of students in order to destroy elections. And in the process of this sexual abuse and brainwashing, the Zionist elite were blackmailing our politcians.

The horrible truth I would uncover was that this was happening on both sides, and that the school programs run by Israelis, were brainwashing adults and children to fix elections for Israel.

So our next question is this. Why would Robert Kennedy’s staff ignore Jeff Fisher since he has evidence and a deep appreciation of you and Congressman Patrick Kennedy?

We believe you have met the doctor with his ex-girlfriend that Mr. Fisher ended up protecting whom we know he fell in love with too. That Reverend must have made it much harder on this man to protect this person and the others on the protected list and yet he managed to come up with a feasible plan to expose this conspiracy. The retiring Congressman Mark Foley has obtained funding for Scripps Research and FEMA (Charley and Frances) at a total of ($10,000,000,000).

As your incoming Congressman I welcome your comments, suggestions, complaints, job applications and anything that is relevant to Scripps and FEMA.

After all this is not Mark Foley's or Republican money, it is the American taxpayers money, which came into District 16 as a hidden agenda for votes for Mark Foley. What has already transpired is that a good portion of the Scripps money is being given away to Republican supporters as illicit patronage.

The FEMA money has not reached the people yet, proof of the matter is that victims in Punta Gorda are still suffering the effects from Charley that took place more than a month ago. It took a second hurricane (Frances) to inspire Retiring Elder Congressman Foley to ask for assistance from the President. This time Mark Foley was able to
work the media because the impending hurricane was moving slow enough for him to be on television
during the first 24 hours of the storm.

The shame of Mark Foley is that the day after Charley he was flying overhead of Punta Gorda only talking about building improvements made since the days of Hurricane Andrew.

The fact is that it took a Progressive Democrat, I, Jeff Fisher to bring to the forefront the concept of building hurricane-proof homes. I am in contact with the inventor and designer of Ekotecture, Lee Butler who resides in Palm Beach County. Lee has designed homes that are hurricane-proof and he has on the drawing board the design for mobil homes that would have survived Charley, Frances and Ivan. I will be promoting and creating a building program for Florida that will resemble the projects of Franklin Delano Roosevelt. This will create jobs and lower insurance costs and taxes in the United States.

During Frances I spent my time with my family while my roof gave way enough to put my campaign on delay so I could protect my family. After the storm, my wife and I were preparing meals for our neighbors. I also went around the neighborhood after the storm passed to check on several homes where many senior citizens lived to make sure that they were taking their medications. I knew of this because in 1980-1982 I volunteered my time and effortswith the disaster relief team for the Red Cross in New York State.

Our retiring Congressman efforts regarding the hard earned Palm Beach County tax money (Scripps Research) must now be distributed to Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, Constitutionalist, Greens and Independents equally. Among these political parties are Haitian Americans, African Americans, Latinos, Jewish Americans, Arab Americans, Native Americans, Asian Americans and many others who have been not properly represented in Washington D.C. under the helm of Retiring Congressman Mark Foley. At the present time Scripps is not hiring anyone from the county.

The only people who are salivating at profiting from this project are developers and insurance company owner (Tony Masilotti, State Farm and Palm Beach County Commissioner). We live in a right-to-work state and the unions will not be building these developments. Cheap labor will do the bidding and you get what you pay for. Cutting corners is what retiring Congressman Foley and retiring President Bush are famous for.

Lets be famous for doing the correct thing and use union workers with quality materials and design for a safer and more productive District, State and Nation.

I will give you my guarantee that this money will be used fairly for all and the benefits and employment will be distributed on an unbiased manner to all when you elect me on November 2, 2004.
