When: Saturday, January 20th at 7:00 a.m.! ( IF YOU CANT MAKE IT AT 7AM, JOIN US FROM 3PM-5PM!)
Where: Flagstaff City Hall (Routte 66 side)
What to bring: Signs! Wear warm clothing!

On the first Saturday of Arizona Snowbowl’s opening day (1/20/07),
we are calling for your support to join us in a protest!
We will be demonstrating our concerns with Snowbowl’s
proposed expansion, clear cutting of old growth trees,
14.8 mile pipeline, 10 million gallon wastewater storage
pond, and snowmaking with contaminated wastewater.

This plan would cause environmental destruction, public
health hazards and desecration of a site held sacred by
more than 13 Native American Nations.

We will be demonstrating for RESPECT, for ENVIRONMENT and COMMUNITY HEALTH!

Snowbowl has announced that they will be opening their runs this weekend.

As local skiers and tourists from Phoenix head to the slopes let's remind them that their decision to ski the peaks divides our community, because it supports a racist institution.

This is an email for anyone interested in being part of a theatrical affinity group. Our goal will be to bring a playfulness to the city hall rally and drive a hard point home about the dangers waste water poses to community health. we have some really great costumes!!! but are in need of some more people and ideas. Join us for an emergency meeting tomorrow 7pm Thurday January 18, NAU's cline library. Hope to see you there.
