ACLU Legal Director Arrested

Maricopa County Sheriff's Deputies arrest ACLU legal director Daniel Pochoda at Pruitt's furniture store.
Pochoda was still n the 4th Avenue jail at 5:30 PM.
Maricopa County Sheriff's Deputies arrest ACLU legal director Daniel Pochoda at Pruitt's furniture store Saturday afternoon.
Pochoda was still in the 4th Avenue jail at 5:30 PM.
There is some speculation that Pocoda's arrest may be retribution for a lawsuit the ACLU has filed against the Sheriff's office.
