The Chicago Tribune is reporting: In an unusual outbreak of a dangerous disease, 21 Chicago-area patients and as many as 20 more in Texas have contracted a bacterial infection from a fluid they were receiving to prevent blood clots in intravenous lines, hospital officials said Tuesday.
