Oppose I-10 Bypass! Write Letters to the State Transportation Board
by san pedro wild Thursday, Feb. 07, 2008 at 5:57 PM

The State Transportation Board is the group of people that get to decide whether or not to build the I-10 Bypass. Si Schorr, the real estate lawyer, and the person who really wants the highway built, is on the board. They are currently reviewing the preliminary study about the highway, and sometime in the next few weeks will likely be deciding whether or not to go forward with it.

The State Transportation Board is the group of people that get

estate lawyer, and the person who really wants the highway built, is on
the board. They are currently reviewing the preliminary study about the
highway, and sometime in the next few weeks will likely be deciding
whether or not to go forward with it.
Now is most certainly the time when we can influence their choice in this
matter. Before they even start building or doing environmental
assessments, we can make sure this road doesn't happen. So here are their
addresses, please send them letters voicing your opposition to the bypass.
Also, please forward these addresses and encourage other friends to write
letters to them.
