CENSORSHIP ON AZ IMC
by TOM PAINE
Sunday, Mar. 23, 2008 at 11:27 AM
HAS ANYONE NOTICED their posts being censored?
I've been an activist on social, peace, justice and eco issues for nearly 30 years, I'm used to being censored by being ignored. I am a walking history book of radicalism in the USA - lots of history to share.
I was shocked to see a number of writings I've posted being censored systematically. These posting suggest peace is possible, no cuss words or attacks, just words of love and support - a prayer for peace. While it may be that those of us grounded in a spiritual quest for peace have been out numbered by career activists, this still is no cause for censorship.
OR - is there a way non IMC AZ people can remove posts and comments??
Even *this* post may be censored - so if you have noticed the same thingwrite the editors of AZ IM at: imc-arizona-edit@lists.indymedia.org
This is serious stuff. If AZ IMC is being censored systematically then by whom and why?
Answers are needed pronto.
