Local Anarchists to AZ GOP: You 're Not Welcome! : AZ IMC

MESA, AZ - In the early hours of Saturday, May 10, 2008, a group of anarchists, in solidarity with all the disenfranchised of Arizona and the United States, carried out a warning action against the GOP state convention in the Mesa Convention Center.

Letters of notice, proclaiming "You are not welcome here. We are watching. See you in St. Paul" were pasted to the convention center facade. Slogans, including "No government like no government," "Smash the state!," and "See you in St. Paul" were spray-painted to the venue, along with anarchist circle-As.

Additionally, fliers were laid out with care on the delegate tables.

St. Paul is the place of the national Republican presidential nominating convention and takes place September 1-4. There is a call for all anarchists and anti-authoritarians to crash the convention.

Anarchists in America and abroad are calling for people to govern themselves. We are building alternatives to government, capitalism, and their systems of death. We are the masses and our numbers grow every day. We are not afraid.

We are watching. We are acting.

See you in Denver. See you in St. Paul. See you on the barricades!

Unfortunately, this can only be done once.
Fortunately, this will keep some po-po watching buildings instead of beating and shooting people.

Upon reflection, if someone can tag the Mesa Convention Center and leave fliers on the delegate tables inside; couldn't a bomb or bombs have been as easily left behind? Or some biological agent like anthrax sprinkled about?

But the old days of Anarchists killing kings and presidents are past; today's Anarchists spray paint slogans and block traffic.

Its about time someone steps up and take action against the wing-nuts of the far right.
They need to be kept in their place of no power, no influence and no control.
Having them remained in power means the self-destruction of a Nation.

Go home and let mommie wipe your snotty nose, nobody in the GOP gives a shit what you little morons have to say.
