I have just known that I am off the Federal Police, by force of 247-2006 of April the 9th 2009 DPF ordinance and that I must stay away from my activities until the conclusion of disciplinary proceedings.

I received the news with the same serenity that I showed when I took part of the parliamentary research committee. But what has puzzled me is the sequence of dates in which the facts have taken place. It seems that this is more an attitude in favor of the condemned banker Daniel Dantas, very similar to a very tuned orchestra.

Coincidence or not, you watch the dates, please: On march the 17th, 2009 I was suspect for breach of secrecy and functional information leaks. On march the 23th, 2009, the Federal Regional Court of São Paulo condemned the banker Daniel Dantas, and the main object advocated, the violation of functional secrecy for sharing data with the Brazilian Agency of information, was unanimously rejected by the court; On April the 8th, 2009 I spoke at the parliamentary research committee that was investigating illegal wiretapping, where the goal was to expose me to the public opinion by arresting me, but it did not happen; On April de 9th, 2009 I received a subpoena to initiate disciplinary proceedings with a preliminary decision on suspension of my role of delegate of the federal police, until the final decision of this case, at July the 8th, 2009, exactly the birthday of operation SATIAGRAHA.

So I understand that it is a direct message from the criminal organization, under the command of the Condemned Banker, sent by people that is involved in the Brazilian National State apparatus.

I am a victim, so, of injustice, by the reversing of roles that happens every day, and that makes me believe that there is indeed a clear intention to demoralize the juridical police's authority. Not only of myself but also of other policemen and policewomen and of other authorities of SATIAGRAHA operation. I think the work of federal judges, prosecutors and delegates have been put under suspicion, while the main question, that is, the crimes under investigation are taken far from the public opinion's attention.

Encouragement I receive 'cause I know that people of Brazil does not share this systematic and kafkanian persecution that some few dangerous guys are moving on me. UOL website of the newspaper "Folha de São Paulo", hastened that 83% of 15,000 people who spoke freely, think that my work deserves medals but never the humiliation and the terrible jokes that have been receiving.

With my Christian faith and with this immense popular support every day I renew my strengths against injustice.
