The MA Legislation sets fines up to $1,000 a day for anyone who refuses during a declared state of emergency, to submit to a vaccination, health quarantine or decontamination effort.
The Massachusetts State Senate just passed the Pandemic Response Bill, S. 2028: the bill appears to suspend some Constitutional Rights of Massachusetts Citizens: the legislation sets fines up to $1,000 a day for anyone who refuses during a declared state of emergency, to submit to a vaccination, health quarantine or decontamination effort, or fails to follow any verbal order of a state-licensed law enforcement or medical personnel. The MA Governor is expected to sign the bill if passed by the House. Should mandatory vaccinations become law in Massachusetts, it is foreseeable Massachusetts Citizens that strongly oppose vaccinations or do not trust government, may vehemently resist. It is difficult to understand the logic of government health officials. If the Government believes that swine flu is worse for people with low immunity, why then does the government want to inject those people with vaccines that contain toxic substances that perhaps might lower their immunity further?
