An article about the protest was in the Spanish
language free newspaper La Voz and written by
Samuel Murillo who emailed me the time and location.

Samuel Murillo tells me that address and time was in
the article, but I couldn't find it. I bet his editors
snipped the address out for lack of space.

My Spanish isn't that good but I read the article and could not find either a location or time of the protest.
